I’ll work with you on a fundamental marketing strategy that explores all our available options, then help you implement that strategy with a focus on results.

What’s Included:

• A full marketing/MarCom strategy for your business. We’ll spend our first 2-4 weeks gathering data, looking at the competition, and fully examining what we have in our toolbox vs. what we need to begin producing results/become competitive in your market. Unlimited revisions.
• Our MarCom will review all available forms of digital marketing that are right for your business and explain how we will utilize them, along with relevant timelines. You’ll also receive a competitor analysis, tone of voice/messaging document, and astarting reporting document to benchmark and continuously measure KPIs.
•  “Quick wins” – our first order of business is developing marketing strategies that will get us out of the gate in two weeks, so we can go to market without waiting a full month for a complete marketing plan  to start ads or outreach.
• Once complete and signed off on, I’ll load the strategy into your task management/task scheduler of choice for deployment.
